Thank you for shopping with Kemsuca. Please read below for details on processing times, shipping methods, and delivery estimates.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay to your order.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom from our regional warehouses.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours of receiving your confirmation email.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Kemsuca is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For orders shipped within the United States and United Kingdom, no additional customs fees typically apply.
DAMAGES
Kemsuca is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our team directly at support@kemsuca.com to file a claim.
Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Kemsuca is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@kemsuca.com — we can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.
WHERE WE SHIP FROM
To keep delivery times fast and reliable, our products ship from regional fulfillment warehouses located in the United States and United Kingdom, depending on your delivery location. This means your package will not always come from the same place as a previous order.
